Each property, when originally occupied, came with an owners manual. It has some interesting content, even if only from a historical perspective. Of course the majority of the information in this manual has been superceeded by time, so don’t treat it as authoritative – not that it was in its day.
As far as possible this is a facsimile of the manual itself; it really was produced on a typewriter. There are a couple of typo’s in ithe original that I’ve kept, any others are accidental.
