We need you!

The next AGM meeting date is the 19th January at Shrublands Residents Club 19:30hrs and yes if you are a Forestfield Resident we want and welcome you to join us for the meeting.

Minutes for the previous AGM are 

The simple answer is YES!

But, as the yearly charge is paid in arrears for the previous year (usually Sept / Oct time invoiced) when you pay monthly you will be paying in advance, this means anything you have paid over the year into the account below will be deducted from the total invoice posted through your doors next year (which will reflect inflation etc)

You MUST put:

• your name , house number & which court you live in as the reference or we will not know where the money has come from to take it off of your invoice.

You can choose if you pay monthly by standing order , ad-hoc during the year when you have extra cash or in arrears at the end of year by invoice.

Please do NOT overpay into the account as it makes it very difficult to return any overpayments. Please use the account you generally pag charges into, or contact us for this information.

We would love you to come on board and help us run the Forestfield Estate, as a small team of individuals we all bring different expertise and help to the estate as well as keeping costs down being volunteers.
